Accessibility — CounselR

The operator’s legal identity, registered address, Information Officer, service agreements, retention periods and provider arrangements still require confirmation and legal review. They are not a certification of POPIA compliance or a substitute for a signed agreement.

Our approach

The public site uses semantic headings, keyboard-operable tabs and accordions, visible focus states, labelled controls and a mobile navigation menu. Motion respects a device’s reduced-motion preference. The product preview uses sample information and does not require dragging or timed interaction.

We aim to make the site usable with keyboard navigation, larger text and assistive technology. We have not completed an independent accessibility audit or certified conformance to a particular WCAG level.

Contact support@counselr.co.za with the page address, the action you were trying to complete and, if useful, your browser or assistive technology. Do not include patient information. We can discuss an alternative way to obtain the relevant product or policy information.
